There is also the the saying, "if it failed three times, why bother" I like nice flat bottoms myself, that way it's obvious all the weak hands are gone. I still believe QCOM needs a wash out. I would be buyer in the mid to lower 30's to high 20's for long term play. I see QCOM still in it's primary down trend, and further more, QCOM is the poster child of the bubble mania, and last years great gainer, till it base out flat or does the wash out, any buying is buy for a bounce. IMHO. b
