Hi Frank, The MeshNetworks relay node functions are all adaptive, thus the possibility of duplicate packets whenever spanning tree is unsettled ;-) Not to mention hidden nodes ;-) [RTS/CTS imposes spectrum utilization penalties beyond 'mobility'] In general, with 'free' spectrum, what is the 'right' price for services? [would you pay $300 for a clearer cordless phone, or one with greater range? Or could be used with Bluetooth basestations? Would you pay twice as much for twice the speed? For the same speed as dial, except with 'mobility'? For the Leap model of non-roaming - given the user doesn't know licenses, just fees] petere [who is ignoring your 'security issues' troll ;-)]
