Once again, you are trying to pin something on the wrong Administration. Unocal was supposed to have floated the idea of a pipeline through Afghanistan, Taliban during the CLINTON Administration. phrusa.org A letter from the Physicians for Human Rights to President Clinton regarding the Taliban and Afghanistan. Further, the letter specifically mentions the PLANNED Unocal pipeline through Afghanistan. BTW, I don't believe that President Clinton is any more responsible for provoking the 9-11 attack than President Bush (41 or 43).
