Anybody who has been on this thread for some time knows I am a long time supporter of Sun Microsystems. I have had some tremendous tension headaches watching my money fritter away with the poor performance of the stock. I am still extremely bullish on the company, its prospects and its management. I just had lunch with a portfolio analyst for Groupama Funds who handles the technology investments. When asked what his top pick in technology was he mentioned Sun Microsystems. He felt that at the current price the stock had a very good probability to move close to $20 by 18 months. I agree. He told me that he met Ed Zander and he felt that he represented the "hard nosed" tough guy who was street wise from Brooklyn, New York. He had confidence that they are fighting very hard to get the company positioned to do some big things when technology comes back in favor.

I alsways felt confident in McNealy and Zander, the "dynamic duo". I believe that they will move the company to where it should be and I am giving it at least until mid 2003 to achieve their goals.

Enough said, there is still a dearth of analyst who like Suns prospects. That's too bad. I hope they are wrong.
