Hi rich...I don't know if it matters once the name is synonymous with scandal...it takes on a life of its' own... I'm no expert on anti-trust...but when you start shredding subpeona'd documents...I don't think that's too bright. and when the trickle down effect starts effecting a major BK like P.G. and E....and rips off California Consumers by the Billions....I don't think it matters how you characterize it.... I'm not here to judge...Id'e just like a couple grand back that the electric company (P.G.&E) took from me.....partially as a result of all this...
