12:11 ET FNM/FRE getting hit on O'Neill comments : Hearing that Fannie Mae (FNM 76.00 -2.02) and Freddie Mac (FRE 62.95 -1.04) are getting hit in recent action by a Bloomberg headline quoting Treasury Sec O'Neill as saying that the Treasury is studying changes to GSE regulations (GSEs are government sponsored enterprises).
