Best thing MCIT can do is take their future cash flow, which can be as much as $250 Million per quarter and start paying down debt. I don't really want their dividend at this point. I would rather they start paying the debt down and use some funds to buy the bailers shares.

Here you have a company that is trading at less than 1X last 12 month EBITDA.

MCIT market cap $750 Million.
