MCIT. Of course I'll take the dividend. But for the long run (especially since the dividend isn't exactly helping the price)I'd rather the dividend go to paying down debt which will increase profits from reduced interest; or secondly to buying up the stock which will leverage my position into a greater % share of the earnings, or cash flow, or future dividends at a later date.

MCIT---I still can't stop laughing! Sure it has a hell of a dividend. Tell that to the poor slob that paid $10-$12 or higher for the stock.......his high dividend will eventually make up his principal loss in how many years!
