Definitely sound-byte attitude Playing to their constituents, talking tough, to avoid getting painted as an Enron supporter - I love the irony of it. A little fear of disclosure to help make 'em honest. The good thing is, if not, there would be a soft-soap of this whole deal and the public would be ripped off completely anonymously, instead of disclosure and jail time. Now, if the administration would adopt the same attitude ...
