I think the Constitutional principle of Separation of Powers is a bit more important than mere "turf battling".

Well, you may see it as a mere irony that the GAO Comptroller is a member of the board for Arthur Anderson while he was demanding information from the administration that is beyond his departments authorization.

I see it as a twisted game that needs further airing to alleviate the stench. I would also like to know what he knows about the Enron scandal and was he blackmailed into demanding the energy meeting information from the administration (see, it stinks that he was associated with one of the players in the Enron scandal).

BTW - Your right, this is a test of the powers and the great thing about this test is that Mr. Walker will be on court record. It should be interesting.
