It was NOT fun being short from this morning, but it was worth it. It was just a small amount. I didn't load up short until we broke 1439 NQ and nas 1800 a while ago, but I sure did then. And added as we fell. I'm about to cover the last here, they are still tanking. down 37!

I actually got impatient today, I rarely do <g>

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (CBS.MW) -- OpenTV, a maker of interactive software, said after the market closed Thursday that it is suing rival Liberate Technologies for patent infringement.

OpenTV claims that Liberate infringed on two patents. One relates to the repetitive distribution of interactive TV programs in a way that is described in the industry as "carouseling." The other has to do with the "life cycle" of an interactive TV application -- how it is loaded, how it executes and how it is then minimized or deleted.

IDNX couldn't hold early gains - BEAS drop disappointing - tell me it can't get any worse?!?!?
