Congress pulling the implied guarantee on their paper would be a nice start...would also make me feel a bit better about the ongoing solvency of the U.S. Government. In the words of BushDaddy, "Naht gun happen....."

I don't kow... continued mkt weakness will eventually get it through, then down a quick 4 pts on that day and I'll THINK about letting a few pooots out.
