"Mr. Congressman, what I'm telling you is that, as a member of the Board of Directors and the Finance and Audit Committees, I was so completely incompetent that I failed in all possible ways to perform my duties to the shareholders of Enron. I knew nothing. Nothing at all. I collected my pay, but I'm a complete moron who knew nothing and did nothing I was supposed to know and do. Thank God being a dumbass isn't illegal."
