Lying to congress is a crime 18usc1001, et sec. five years/ $500,000 per lie. Let's say, just for grins, that he is not lying, is what the senators and congressmen that are testifying into the record, is that evidence? Do they have a conflict of interest? Would they, if this were a jury trial be allowed to sit on the jury? Would it seem that if Enron were not all to blame someone might want to look somewhere else. The Tower report, the one they are all quoting, is that evidence? I think not.

Between them and Bathless, its a hard choice.
