Some people just don't get it, FD was to benefit the investors. I have never seen so much Finger pointing in my life during the Skillings testimony. I thought it may have been possible to avoid immunity but since all of them are saying the other guy did it someone will get immunity and it will be Fastow. He is the only one with certainty who can implicate Skilling and Lay. Right, now I bet he is planning to sing like a canary. One question I would have asked Skilling is... why did you leave Enron in Sept when in 3 months you could have earned millions in bonus if you stayed till December. I would like to have heard the answer.
