And remember our discussion about the bubble being a CSCO phenomenon (based on this chart):

(Blue is CSCO, Green is MSFT).

Their acquisition accounting, while apparently legal, is about to come under even closer scrutiny in the wake of Enron. And I don't know what their policy is about conflicts of interest and dealings with entities they have investments in, but like all companies they will face scrutiny about that too.

Any analyst who is talking about a second mortgage on anything right now is just desperate to exit his position a little higher. IMHO....
