Amazing. They should have done this years ago. They could have made money and saved the business by concentrating on servers.

Now they are scrabbling about in the dirt and will not be able to compete with the Dell/HP/Compaq type of business that Sun loves to deride.

At least they will be able to drop the OS dev costs. Of course, noone will take them seriously because they will not offer Windows so will lose out to one stop shops.
