It would be nice if somebody more in the know about HC's use of this kind of language to answer what exactly might be meant by the term "notice of non-compliance". Obviously the door is still open for DMX to respond to the issues raised, since the NR says they will respond post-haste. Can't believe that it would take HC 437 days to come up with such a decision. Amazing. Can't think of a better time for FDA to come up with its decision ... assuming that it is positive of course. Greg
