I have never played a game like that. Are they fun? Difficult to learn?

I'm sitting here idle with one IE6 browser window open and my gamespy browser running. It's using 112 megs ram right now. The game can use up to 300 with a large map and 8 to 10 players and the gamespy browser still running. But there is a setting in the gamespy that will shut it off when entering a game if you are memory poor. :)
