You have to realize that the data you are talking about includes 68k from Motorola and PowerPC...

ARM cores are used in bunches of places. For example, many of the BlueTooth baseband processors are ARM cores. You have to realize that some of the ARM cores are tiny, an ARM7TDMI is 0.59mm^2 on a 0.18 micron process.
