Individual Palestinians terrorists commit acts of terrorism as individuals. The Palestinian Authority knows nothing about these acts before they occur. Probably only the individual terrorist and a handful of his comrades know about the act before it occurs. So how could the PA warn anyone? Israeli state terrorism is different! The Israeli state and Sharon's death squads commit their acts of terrorism against occupied Palestinian civilians. They destroy hundreds of homes of non-combatants. (the Israeli reservists are confirming these crimes and violations of the Geneva Convention). The illegal settlers are heavily armed by the Israeli government and encouraged by the Israeli government to commit acts of violence against the occupied Palestinian civilians. The building and occupation of these settlements by fanatic Orthodox Jews is a war crime under the Geneva Convention The bottom line, the Zionist occupy and build settlements in Palestine because they want to expand and annex more Palestinian land to fulfill the Herzl doctrine!
