What's to understand? Unless yer buying Bre-X (or AU/ABX for that matter) gold mining is one of the most straightforward businesses there is!

Hi rrman,

I bought up core gold miner positions, as per my profile, pretty well at the lows. Just an accident of history, because I was only just getting into this trading lark.

Before then I did well on techs from company stock options without knowing the stock market biz in general. Saw huge over selling when biz was taking up, sold many at the top.
Sold many of my options at a local high before I got canned too. I like my record -g-

Sure I lost most of my trading position learning this B/S trading lark, but the original cash injection was carefully calculated, just to keep my interest.

Anyhow, keeping core gold miners. I think a correction is due, and I'm playing it. If the miners go straight up from here, I'll let my few gold poots expire worthless.

Did well with FNM poots today btw, pure luck. Never admonish your luck. -g-

edit.. Oh yeah I forgot to add this perception. Whatever happens to my gold poots, I'm buying this percerption -g-
