Good point! And the only bullish scenario that seems possible, except for a bounce off COMPX gap support and the fact that the NDX is a few points away from a 50% retrace of the move up.

Linda Raschke trades a pattern called three pushes down, same concept. But this is great detailed info, thanks!

"Three drives to a top" and "three drives to a bottom" are also in Larry Pesavento's books. An alternative to keep in mind is the next fib down, since the 20 and the 38 didn't stop the bloodletting.
