lorne, I agree with you, that many Americans are ignorant of the teachings of the Quran about the purpose of Muslims to kill all others of different religions. I quickly found that I did not know nearly as much on the subject as I should have. The pressures in this country to be tolerant of all other beliefs, even if they intend to kill us, IMO is an offshoot of the very liberal side of the political spectrum in America. They think that they can control all people through throwing government money at them, and by destroying the concept of self reliance, and individualism. This could also be tying into the "one world government" movement intended to break down all sovereign nations into one poly-glop where the citizens of the world will be easier to control by those that set themselves up as the elite who know best for all of us without regard to our abilities or wishes.
