Good find, though it sure does not offer much guidance on the exact process surrounding the issuance and response to a Notice of Non-Compliance.

There is no comparison. The FDA chart is terribly clear and streamlined while the HC chart is a virtual carnival fun house. A great place to play a game of NDS hide and seek, or to catch a nap somewhere behind one of those fancy geometric shapes.

I think it speaks volumes about the bureaucracy at HC.

Yes I would agree it provides some insight into the
problem.

I got that chart by e-mail the same moment you posted
it. Lots of people working hard to figure it out.

I would love to see what the contention is. The fact
that the CEO is publicly PO'd I think is a clue.
