PDII is mentioned on CNBC sometimes (along with a million other stocks, of course.) They sell drugs for drug companies. Apparently they have lost several major contracts recently. Also, many drug companies have been getting hammered lately, and that's part of the reason for the low price.

If the trailing PE is 8, I would expect the forward PE to be much higher (due to lower earnings). Drug-related stocks normally trade at above-market multiples.
