It's a matter for the courts, and it will take time to sort out the facts. I can't believe Congress believed for a second they could either mete out justice or give us an understanding of what went on with Enron, in a few hours of hearings. IMO, it was all simply a media play, because it's far too complex and too subject to Constitutional restraints for Congress to resolve in public, without grants of immunity.
