Analysts pumping semis again this morning. Not having much effect on premarket though. We could be in for another up then fade into breaking yesterday's lows. I have a short on TXN which got upgraded last night or this morning but I expect to make money on it within a few days.

Oooops, that was CSCO at like 17.
I'm interested in seeing how CSCO reports, now that the SEC is cracking down.
