Alas, that's one of the problems. While you can find CIT bonds here and bonds of other subsidiaries here, Tyco International bonds are issued through Luxembourg, which makes them tougher to track.

If you've got access to a Bloomberg, you can get quotes and long term charts for Tyco International debt. The one I like to track the most is the 4.95% maturing 3 Aug 2003. They're trading at 89.97 on the offer right now for a 12.65% yield.
