lorne, One drawback in attracting a lot of people to this thread, is the title. I apologize, in advance, to Addi for saying that, but "understanding Islam" can appear, to the casual reader, to be pro-Islam unless they delve deeper into the posts that are on the thread. I believe that all Americans, especially those that want to love a rabid dog, should read the information provided by all of the posters here that have taken the time to investigate the true intentions of the Quran. All of those that dismiss the idea that the basis of the Muslim faith is to eliminate all non-believers in Islam, need to be educated in the dangers that lie ahead of us all.
