I looked back and didnt see it in that artcle, but I know somewhere in last two days I read an article in which mcnealy stated they would begin buying back their own shares...dont have the time to look for it...I may have read it on home on the range board...but I know I saw it somewhere......

If they state that they are buying back shares they usually state it as an amount that they have set aside to accomplish this but make no statement as to the timing of the purchases. I am glad to see the Merrill Lynch has upgraded SUNW for the long term as a "buy". That will work and I hope that the company bought back a ton of shares yesterday at the low.
