Steve, No. If people want to respond to such silly analysis, then leave them to it. If they didn't know that Jeff, Paul and Irwin are in the same family, then they didn't know much. QUALCOMM was started by closely associated people and remains closely associated. So?

If they don't understand or worry about a license in exchange for shares in the licensee, then who cares?

This isn't an Enron.

The Shareholders meeting on Tuesday will be the appropriate place to address the owner's concerns.

I agree with Maurice. If they come out now with some release it will make them look defensive. Like they are trying to justify something that doesn't deserve a reply if they are on the up and up.

Regardless, i think the chickens are going to come home and roost one of these days, maybe over summer, i don't know.

I also think QOM has a chance of seeing the low mid 50s again before i win my bet.
