If they didn't know that Jeff, Paul and Irwin are in the same family, then they didn't know much. QUALCOMM was started by closely associated people and remains closely associated. So? If they don't understand or worry about a license in exchange for shares in the licensee, then who cares? This isn't an Enron. Mq
