Again, you go out of your way to misinterpret my words. Quite frankly, it is a malicious misinterpretation on your part. Here is what I said, read slowly this time.

Anything the British government said or did that violated the rights of the indigenous population can be thrown out the window of this debate, for obvious reasons. But, any instance in which the British government in its imperial quest actually respected the rights of the indigenous people speaks volumes.

No mention of sources, the topic is not one historical analyst vs. another. The topic is legal rulings of the past, and how much weight we should assign to them.
