sales for this year (2002) by not insiders but rather "retired from professional life but permitted to retain as an honorary title the rank of the last office held. " as follows:

Barrett, CEO - 444,000 shares
Dunlap, VP - 192,000 shares
Grove, Chairman - 300,000 shares
Maloney, VP - 133,600 shares
Smith, VP - 18,784
Splinter, VP - 102,784 shares
Yoffie, Dir - 80,000

you do not need to repeat that they are all retired - I know
