I believe, and I'm just noodlin here, that an "emeritus" director is not a "director" and that all Art owns now is about 16 Million shares which is less than the 5% needed to be an insider, so unless Art is "affiliated" with about 3 more percent, or so, he is no longer an insider. He may still file under an abundance of caution, but I don't think he is really required to. But again, I'm just noodlin.
