Hi, Jerry! Did you catch yesterday's testimony ...

... from the Executive VP responsible, among other functions, ENE's Human Resources dept on CNN-FN?

They ran it today around noon CDT/EDT ... I caught some of her comments.

This chick was directly responsible for the ENE employee pension/401K plans ... while selling over $6.5 million of her own stock, didn't mention it (the Watson memo) to anyone besides Lay ...because Watson was going to go directly to him. LOL. She had to pass the buck, in other words ... get that 'hot potato' off of HER plate ...

LMAO.

What great testimony ... she ain't scared. Said so, more or less. She believes she has no culpability.

Wonder who's gonna hang.
