Does anybody know where I can find transcripts to some of these discussions? I would watch the show but, well, would rather not. Terrapin

"Tice looked like he still hadn't covered, maybe it was just indigestion." Tice admitted on the show that he was short "TYC" as of today. So he could have been long "TYC" yesterday -- he didn't provide dates or points of trade. I respect him for being in the .00001% of investors that closely look at balance sheet issues. If you look at his mutual fund prospectus, he will see (at least last year when I last looked at it) that he was short a lot of the names that plummeted in the dotcom/tech bubble. He had an eccentric list of longs: silver mines, etc. It takes a lot of nerve to tell the world & all of the analysts that a stock has issues. Everyone and their money attacks the individual. :)
