Probably not too much more than many "pro-forma" techs out there, but the SEC is on record for saying that they will go after companies that have reported GAAP loses, but have used pro-forma to show gains. CSCO blew apart estimates, but fell largely due to accounting concerns imho. It's only a matter of time before the microscope shines on EMLX (and others).

As far as I know EMLX has reported a GAAP loses in it's last 4 quarters yet has shown pro-forma gains in every one of them.
