UBS Warburg wins the energy deregulations' pig in a poke award. Enron’s energy trading which although accounting for billions in revenues did not deliver. It is highly unlikely they neither could nor did deliver a significant percentage of the traded energy. Much being "lost in transmission". This is another deregulation scandal.
