Well most ways proposed to "make it better" will in my opinion either make it worse or cause some other problem.

One thing that would reduce campaign finance problems is to make government less powerful so there is less desire to bribe it to get favors or protection.


THAT, señor, is a productive post...

especially the second sentence.

i like brainstorming...

the group gets together to create a solution and they
agree to cast all judgement aside for step one. then
they compile ideas, even crazy ones, you never know
what might spark something in someone ELSE's head...

after the pot is full of ideas THEN the selective
process begins and judgement is applied to get rid
of the stinky ideas and focus in on the good ones.

i sure would like to see a committee go to work on
campaign finance reform. i nominate you to be on it. <G>
