i'm pretty sure it will get the go-ahead. i also think Olympias will eventually be approved...TVX is the biggest foreign investor in Greece, and the country risks grave damage to its reputation as an investment destination if the impasse isn't adequately resolved. and if no permit is forthcoming, TVX will likely sue the Greek government for compensation. i can't imagine the government relishing the thought. that said, it's up to a court to decide, and it's taking its sweet time to do so.
