Re : "rather buy QCOM at $46/share or $36/share" -- to me, the most important thing is that word "buy."

If we are right, when we look back from a few years out (as John Scurci keeps trying to remind us), the difference between being long at 36 or 46 will not seem so important.

Just make sure you were long.

I made 800 pts in 7 months so whats your point? I have made 30-40pts going long at 40 and selling at 60's in the last 6 months. Why short a stock with the FA of QCOM. The best Short sellers always stay away from shorting bluechip co's with real earnings. Ask Dramen about Qcom/AOL and having his head handed to him. Short NOK if you must.
