Sig: That is a lot of hogwash (not from you). So called outside the management compensation committees are controlled by management or their friends.
Current management powers are a true example of oligapoly by consensus.
Boards neglect doing proper analysis of many factors in the conduct of a business.
It is about that we have more of a full time boards who thoroughly analyze all the stakeholders needs and not give blank checks to managements.
May be we need more Robert Townsends.
