13-D is what I'm looking for, but I'm not expecting to see one in this case-Most would be acquiring companies would buy till just under 5% so they won't have to file a 13-D. Than Boom, the tender offer. TCW Asset Management Company-is the one thats added the most shares. Its assets are weighted in the bio area-11% of their portfolio. What NBSC needs, is a little boost in the next reported earnings to get a little more fund recognition. Comparisons should be favorable without the DGI drag. Quest Diagnostics is buying a testing lab. Hopefully they will need some new NBSC equipment to go along with it. RR

Royce reported 344K previously, or according to the last proxy, at least. That would imply that, adding on the 10% dividend, they had purchased about 55K shares in the open market? Probably where those after hours blocks were coming from, a couple of months ago? Dimensional Fund Advisors Inc. has also filed.... 426K shares. That's about what they had (again, from proxy) plus the dividend. So..... Royce was probably the buyer. Sort of sad..... an entire year goes past, and and a trader can identify the ONE buyer. :-)
