I just fail to see your point.

Just that the dates and places may be fudged to fit the narrative. I saw a show on excavations of Soddom and Gomorrah. The only trouble is there was nothing at the sites to link them with the names and what fragments of text and stuff there were seemed to indicate different names. Still they called it Soddom and Gomorrah because they couldn't find any place else by those names. They assumed the results, and then made the facts fit.
