How would you like to pay $42 million for a house and not get the land with it -- and then have to pay $1 million a year to rent the land: the.honoluluadvertiser.com This guy once planned to buy 1,000 houses in Hawaii, but ended up buying fewer than 200 as public pressure grew more intense. He would drive around a see a few properties from the car and then just buy them all -- a little strange.

Bill, charts don't lie. This is what happened to "last mile" stocks in the last 10 months.
Are you telling us you just learned about the fibre optic glut?
