Elmer - SpryGuy can't even keep his LOSSES straight !!

SpryGuy dumped a LOAD of DOUGh in January on Jan $20 and Jan $25 calls !!

SpryGuy is now about to lose his dough on the Feb $25 calls he loaded up with - before AMD posted their loss in January !!

twfowler:
"If you think it is going to go to $23 and above why not add now? If you think we will soon see $18.50 then why add at $23? Is it that you see $18.50 as support and $23 as a price that indicates a break out to the upside?"

I'm currently well-loaded with Jan 20, Jan 25 and Feb 25 calls all purchased with AMD around $20... I'll wait for AMD to trade at either boundary of the $18.50 to $23 range (my current comfort zone with support at $18.50 and resistance at $23) before doing anything else...In an ideal world, AMD'll trade up to $23 by a week from now at which time I'll probably unload my Jan 20's and perhaps add to my Jan /Feb 25's given the possibility of a spike up (equal and opposite to the spike down last July)to $28 or thereabouts...

Elmer - Take this with a grain of salt - Prestonia 2.2 GHz and Tualatin 1.4 GHz SPecInt and SpecFPU scores:

realworldtech.com

Name: Nate Begeman (nbegeman@umich.edu) 1/29/02

SpecInt base/peak
2.2GHz P4/512k: 784/802 [Prestonia]
1.4GHz P3/512k: 648/664 [Tualatin]

SpecFP base/peak

2.2GHz P4/512k: 779/802 [Prestonia]
1.4GHz P3/512k: 437/456 [Tualatin]

Kinda lays to rest the "tualatin is as fast as the p4" argument. Or at least i hope it does :)

Cheers,
Nate
