Anybody that strays from "Intel Only" in their server offerings stands to lose part or all of their discounts and their early access rights - which are pretty important, given Intel's current market share. Of course, Intel's...... intel inside program, has been examined by multiple Governmental Departments, and probably a few Courts as well, and has never been found to be anything but completely legal. Intel does not force any company to accept the discounts offered for featuring intel. Nobody has to participate. They can buy whatever chips they want from the distributors, and many White Box makers do. The fact that so many have signed up for intel inside, tells me that many businesses want it. Does intel treat their BEST CUSTOMERS better than other customers? Sure.... So do I. Those that give me more business, or help my business more, get treated better. This is the way of business since time began. Some people seem to think that intel should do what it can to "level the field", or "give everyone a chance"...... BULL...... This is the way of losers, not winners. I prefer winners...... Semi
