Dan, <The 3.3V AGP standard pre-dated the existence of 1.5V cards, and so many of the 3.3V cards don't comply with the notch configuration that supports 1.5V cards.> You are so full of it. The cards that run into the problem have the "universal" connector, i.e. keyed for both 1.5V and 3.3V. The 3.3V cards made before the release of the AGP 2.0 would not have the universal connector, because the spec WASN'T RELEASED YET. From your link: bbs.pcstats.com Boards that run at 3.3V should not be advertised at 1.5V-compliant. The manual for Intel's P4 motherboards say that they only support 1.5V AGP cards. I should know; I have one. If a 1.5V AGP card doesn't actually run at 1.5V, then it's NOT INTEL'S FAULT. And if some DIY'er plugged in a 3.3V card without reading the f-----' manual, it's NOT INTEL'S FAULT. Your constant rants are similar to blaming AMD just because someone built a system without an "AMD-approved" power supply, or installed memory that didn't fall within AMD's compatibility list.
