I don't follow the Gold Market and you could well be right. I've found that, when using Jake Bernstein's sentiment indices as a stand-alone indicator, such high bullish readings usually suggest a contrary move i.e. down in this case, will probably begin in a few days and last a week or more. Traders with leveraged short-term bets on higher gold prices would probably be well-advised to close or reduce them. Traders thinking of buying right now will probably find a better entry point in the not too distant future.
